Ben Lamb the poker player, not to be confused with Ben Lamb the actor who played Anthony Rivers in the series The White Queen. Born in 1986, Ben Lamb took up poker full-time from 2004. Two years later, he won his first major prize of $60,000 in a $500 tournament. Another impressive performance came in 2010 at the Spring Championship of Online Poker (known as SCOOP on PokerStars) when he finished 1st out of 4,204 entries. He took home $66,003 for a buy-in of just $109. The following year, he shone at the WSOP to win Card Player magazine's 2011 Player of the Year award. To date, he has amassed $16,233,116 in live tournament winnings. His biggest win came in 2011 when he finished 3rd in the $10,000 WSOP Main Event for a payout of over $4 million.
